Unless otherwise specified, provide the following: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Incoterms, and detailed movement instructions (origin, destination, timelines, special handling notes).
Incoterms are internationally recognised rules—11 standard terms assigning responsibilities between seller and buyer. They stipulate who pays for which leg, where risk transfers, and what documents are supplied.
Example: EXW (Ex Works)—the buyer bears all costs from pickup to final destination, aside from the seller’s packaging.
